Exact vehicle fitment
Made for the final Australian Liberty dashboard
Replace the original radio with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto while keeping the factory features that make the car familiar. Harman Kardon amplified audio, original camera views, steering-wheel controls, USB, supported vehicle settings and the separate physical climate panel remain compatible.
Matched to the dashboard in front of you
This product suits the sixth-generation BN Liberty dashboard pictured here, including the final Australian model years through 2020.

Keep premium or standard factory audio
Harman Kardon amplified systems are supported, along with the standard factory audio system. There is no amplifier question because customers should not need to locate hidden equipment or interpret speaker badges.
What does vary is the original radio connection. Subaru used button-heavy units, navigation radios and later glossy screens, so clear photos of the radio face allow us to prepare the correct integration without asking you about plugs.

One clear question instead of technical options
Choose `Reverse camera` for a conventional rear view, or `Side or surround cameras` if additional exterior views are available. The existing views continue to work on the new unit. Choose `No factory camera` when none is fitted; the screen still works normally and a compatible reverse camera can be added.
You do not need to know camera voltage, connector type or adapter names.

A larger interface for everyday driving
Connect a compatible iPhone or Android phone wirelessly and use supported driving apps through Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Voice assistance is available for common navigation, calling, messaging and audio tasks.
When phone projection is not required, the Novo Nav launcher provides direct access to radio, Bluetooth, navigation, settings and supported Android apps.

Retain the working rear view
For vehicles with the standard factory reverse camera, selecting `Reverse camera` lets us prepare the corresponding retention connection. The original view continues to appear on the new display, including intrinsic guidelines where supplied by the vehicle.

Upgrade infotainment without stripping out useful functions
Factory steering-wheel controls remain compatible for the functions fitted to the vehicle. Factory USB is retained where fitted, and supported vehicle settings remain accessible.
The original climate panel remains physically installed below the new display. Temperature, fan and airflow control are not moved into an unfamiliar aftermarket menu.

Fitment matched from visible evidence
Different factory radios can sit inside a very similar centre stack. Asking for a model number or connector choice would make ordering harder and less reliable.
Upload one clear photo of the full dashboard and one close photo of the current radio. We use them to confirm the supported fascia and prepare the radio-specific integration. Do not remove the radio or photograph any wiring.
**Uploader copy:** Upload clear photos of your full dashboard and current radio. Subaru used several factory radios in this range, so we use your photos to match the correct parts.

Navigation beyond phone projection
The Android system includes its own GPS receiver and can run supported mapping apps. Compatible map areas can be downloaded before travel where mobile reception may be inconsistent.
Offline functions, map data and subscriptions vary by app and are not represented as universally included.

Clean BN fitment
The fascia follows the tapered centre-stack sides and thin silver lower edge. The horizontal vents and hazard switch remain above it, while the complete physical climate panel stays below. The opening leaves the Novo Nav microphone/reset holes and five touch buttons visible on the left.
Factory features retained
Liberty fitment questions

No. Harman Kardon amplified and standard factory audio systems are supported without another question.
Yes. Choose `Reverse camera` and the retention connection will be prepared.
Yes. Choose `Side or surround cameras` so the kit can be prepared for the existing camera system.
Yes. Select `No factory camera`; the unit works without one and a compatible reverse camera can be added.
Yes. Steering controls remain compatible and the original physical climate panel stays fitted.
The photos distinguish the factory-radio families and confirm the exact dashboard more reliably than asking you about hidden plugs or technical radio codes.
The connections are prepared for the photographed setup without cutting the factory loom. Trim and radio removal, component fitting and testing are still required. Professional installation is suitable if you are not comfortable with vehicle electronics.

— Paul D.
“The screen fit is excellent and there are no awkward gaps around the fascia. It feels like a properly matched kit rather than a universal radio.”
